The Baron Bigod is a stunner of a cheese, made to a Brie de Meaux recipe, but fashioned skillfully here in the UK by Jonny Crickmore at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk. And Jonny certainly knows how to give the French original a run for it’s money. Delicious.
