Organic red wine vinegar with an appealing cloudy rose-pink colour and a balanced, fruity aroma made from the natural fermentation and barrel-ageing of selected organic Italian grapes.
Unpasteurised, unfiltered and with no added sulfites, this vinegar is rich in live bacteria and contains the nutritious “mother”.
Ideal in salad dressing, sauces and marinades.
