Handmade in small batches here in Chichester.
Paulo’s infused salts are perfect for “finishing” a dish, sprinkled on at the end of
cooking to add a final flourish.
Porcini mushroom – This salt is absolutely delicious sprinkled on a rib of beef, into soups, over salads
or even into dressings.
Smoked Paprika & Chilli – A blend of smoked and regular sea salt to give an extra Smokey depth of flavour, great with chicken, paella, omelettes, roast potatoes and vegetables.
Garden Herb & Garlic – A classic blend of herbs and garlic which smells amazing and can be used in the same ways as above but most definitely with roast potatoes and vegetables,
soups, omelettes and dressings.
