To a pre-cooked couscous from France we add red pepper, organic sultanas, sunflower seeds, garlic and Harissa reflecting the Moroccan love of fruits with savoury foods – and it works! To make just add very hot water, stir and 5 minutes later add a glug of olive oil and stir again. It’s ready to enjoy!
Our Moroccan Cousous is vegan and vegetarian but contains wheat and this is clearly shown on the label. 180g up to 4 servings
