Pea & Basil Risotto blends plump sweet peas with basil and spring onion, Veneto style, and adds an excellent vegetable stock, herbs and black pepper for a complete, delicious starter for two or add your favourite ingredients for a complete meal.
Our risottos are vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. Just add cold water and cook at a simmer, stirring once or twice during cooking. When the risotto is cooked and creamy (about 16 minutes) add butter and Parmesan (or vegan/vegetarian equivalents) and rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
